• Web Hosting and Databases: All your account information, credit balances, and dashboard history are stored securely on professional web hosting servers that keep our website running online.
• Legal and Fraud Prevention: If we are required by law or if we need to investigate fraudulent transactions, double-payments, or security breaches, we may share basic transactional logs with local legal authorities or payment network security teams.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information and How You Can Delete It

If you decide you no longer want to use our platform, you can contact our support team at any time and request that your account be closed. Once we verify that you are the true owner of the account, we will permanently delete your email, your encrypted password, your credit balance details, and your generator history from our databases. Please note that past payment transactions and M-Pesa receipts cannot be entirely deleted, as we are required by law to keep those financial records for tax and accounting audits.
