Welcome to Creatorz (https://creatorz.co.ke). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, AI-powered tools, educational dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have the express permission of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
To access specific features (such as the Teacher/Facilitator dashboard), you may be required to register for an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Do not share your login details with third parties.
You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful activity.
When using our AI tools and platform, you agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law — including the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act of 2018 (Kenya).
Modify, copy, distribute, or sell any content or proprietary software from Creatorz without our prior written consent.
Use our AI tools to generate content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful to individuals or groups.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, networks, or user databases through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
All content provided on Creatorz — including AI-generated resource templates, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Creatorz or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws in Kenya.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for personal or professional educational purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred.
Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure that our AI tools are accurate and helpful for CBC curriculum needs, no warranties — express or implied — are made.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times.
The results obtained from our AI tools will not always be 100% accurate or meet every specific educational requirement. Always verify AI-generated content.
We do not warrant that any errors in the Service will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Creatorz and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the Service in the preceding three months.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever — including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
