1. Your Creatorz Account and Password

To use our generators and keep a record of your credit balance, you will need to register an account with us. When you make an account, you must agree to the following conditions:

• True and Accurate Information: You must use your own real email address and phone number. We need this correct information so that we can verify your payments and help you recover your credits if you ever get locked out of your account.
• Keeping Your Account Safe: You are completely responsible for keeping your password secret. If someone else logs into your account because you shared your password or left your phone unlocked, we cannot take responsibility for any credits they spend or tools they use.
• No Account Sharing: Each account is built for one single user. Sharing your login details with other people to let them use your credit balance is not allowed, and we reserve the right to suspend accounts that show suspicious login activity from multiple different locations at the same time.

2. How Our Pay-As-You-Go Credit System Works

Creatorz does not run on monthly subscription plans. Instead, we use a pay-as-you-go system where you buy credit bundles to spend whenever you want to use our tools:

• Credit Deductions: Every single generation task has a set cost in credits. When you click “generate” on the Presentation Generator, the Story Generator, or any other creation tool, the system will instantly deduct the specified number of credits from your balance.
• No Expiry for Active Users: Your purchased credits do not have a standard expiration date and will remain in your dashboard balance as long as your account is active. However, if your account remains completely unused and inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to close the account and remove the inactive credit balance.
• Non-Transferable: Credits represent a license to use our tools and have no real cash value outside of our website. You cannot trade, sell, transfer, or move credits from your Creatorz account to another user’s account.

3. Rules for Using the Presentation, Story, and Prompt Generators

We want our platform to remain a clean, helpful, and safe environment for everyone. When you enter text into our generators, you agree to follow these basic community guidelines:

• No Illegal or Harmful Content: You must not use our tools to write, format, or design content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, threatening, or designed to harass other people.
• No Spamming or System Abuse: You must not run automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to click our generation buttons or spam our input fields. Doing so slows down our servers for other users and will result in an immediate lifetime ban of your account with no refund.
• Ownership of Generated Outputs: Once our tools write a story, format a set of slides, or create a prompt for you, the resulting text belongs entirely to you. You are free to use, download, edit, publish, or sell those generated results as you see fit.
• Accuracy of Information: Because our generators build content based on automated systems, they can sometimes make mistakes, write incorrect facts, or create illogical slide structures. You are entirely responsible for checking, editing, and verifying the factual accuracy of any presentation or text before you use it in front of a class, a client, or online.

4. Rules for the WhatsApp DataBot Reseller System

If you choose to pay for and set up our automated WhatsApp DataBot Reseller integration, you are launching an independent automated business. Because this connects to external applications like WhatsApp and M-Pesa, you must agree to these specific terms:

• M-Pesa and Payment Settings: You are fully responsible for ensuring that your automated bot is connected to the correct mobile money details and M-Pesa phone lines. If you put in the wrong payment details and your money is sent to the wrong place, we cannot recover those funds.
• Your Relationship with Your Customers: If you use the DataBot to sell data bundles to the public, those buyers are your customers, not ours. If a customer has an issue with their payment, experiences a delay in getting their data bundle, or wants a refund, you are solely responsible for handling their support requests and resolving their complaints.
• Service Downtime: We work hard to keep our automated reseller servers running 24/7. However, there will be times when systems go down due to internet carrier glitches, mobile money network failures, or WhatsApp server updates. Creatorz cannot be held liable for any lost sales, lost profits, or business delays that happen during these network outages.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

If we find that you are violating any of the terms written on this page, we reserve the right to immediately take action to protect our platform and other users:

• Temporary or Permanent Suspension: We may block your access, freeze your remaining credit balance, or permanently delete your account without prior notice if we detect fraudulent credit card transactions, M-Pesa receipt tampering, or system abuse.
• Loss of Remaining Balance: If your account is closed or terminated due to a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions, you will permanently lose any remaining credit balance on your dashboard, and we will not issue any cash refunds.

7. Governing Law and Solving Disputes

Because Creatorz is built and operated from Kenya, these Terms and Conditions are governed by and written in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. If any dispute, disagreement, or claim arises between you and Creatorz regarding your account, your payments, or your use of our tools, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through friendly, informal communication. If we are completely unable to reach an agreement after 30 days, any formal legal steps or arbitration will take place and be settled under local Kenyan legal processes.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may need to rewrite parts of these terms as we add more tools, adjust our credit pricing, or update our automated bot services.
